  • We strive to take measurements as carefully as possible, but as a final disclaimer, we cannot guarantee results based on measurement data. Please understand this in advance.

Measurement Service Fee

10,000 yen per session

While this cost should typically be covered by the business, we have no restrictions if the customer wishes to pay for it themselves.

Benefits of Using Our Service

The cost difference becomes quite clear.

For example, if you were to set up your own meeting room...

  • Meeting room rent (a one-room space for business purposes, used only for measurements and consultations - roughly 100,000 yen/month. If trying to match the typical customer image of a "Tokyo shop/office," the going rate would be around 300,000-400,000 yen.)
  • Security deposit/guarantee (typically about 6 months' rent for business purposes. 600,000 yen)
  • Real estate commission (about 1 month's rent 100,000 yen)
  • Employee salary (Example: 1 person's monthly salary of 140,000 yen x 1.3 for social security = 182,000 yen/month) However, realistically, no one would be satisfied with this salary nowadays.
  • Other expenses like PC, desk, chairs, etc. (roughly 300,000 yen)
  • For business purposes, consumption tax of 10% is added to each real estate cost.
  • For businesses based in China, there would likely be additional burdens.

Please note that this is not for residential rental purposes. Using a residential rental for business purposes violates the real estate contract.

The initial investment is roughly 1,300,000 yen, with ongoing costs of about 300,000 yen per month.

This is probably the minimum cost example. Larger offices or storefronts, especially in prime Tokyo locations, would be much more expensive. Additionally, with the shortage of domestic workers, higher labor costs may be necessary.

(We have explored various real estate options and rental services to reduce costs, and have actually used some of them. However, any option below this cost level either left a poor impression on customers or carried other risks, so we have determined this to be the best approach.)

Please consider this comparison when making your decision.
