Release of Bust Processing with Sewn-in Plastic Plate
2025-11-22
After 5 years of development, we have finally released this option. By inserting a plastic plate into the bust processing, you can achieve an even deeper cleavage.
Originally, our current bust processing was designed to replicate realistic female breasts. Therefore, as the bust size increases, the chest area tends to become thicker as well.
However, to achieve the "anime-style" or "figure-style" bust that many desire, a deeper cleavage is necessary.
The bust processing with sewn-in plastic plate we are releasing today was developed to help achieve that ideal bust shape.
The photo shows "Urara" fabric, and even with this firm fabric, the cleavage is remarkably deep.

The fabric shown is Urara, but softer fabrics like Doll and Miyabi can also achieve equally deep cleavage.
If you desire deeper cleavage or are aiming for anime or figure-style bust shapes, please try this option.

Reboot of Bust Processing
This bust processing with sewn-in plastic plate is an improved version of the "plastic plate attached with snaps in the center of the chest" that we previously offered.
Many customers may have the "plastic plate attached with snaps" type. The key feature of this new version is that instead of using snaps, the plate is directly sewn in.
Snaps tend to come undone easily, and there were cases of them coming off during events. To solve this problem, we decided to sew the plastic plate directly using a sewing machine.
The downside is that it puts considerable strain on the sewing machine. We had to account for equipment costs as well.
We Originally Considered a Different Approach
Actually, the technique of incorporating a plastic plate was established quite some time ago. The reason it took 5 years was...
We kept experimenting to see if there was a way to create even more three-dimensional bust expression.
Drawing blueprints, making prototypes, test wearing... Drawing blueprints, making prototypes, test wearing... Drawing blueprints, making prototypes, test wearing... Drawing blueprints, making prototypes, test wearing...
Looking back, I realized 5 years had already passed.
If seams on the breast area were acceptable, the problem would have been solved immediately. But trying to achieve a cleaner shape than the current inner bust pocket without seams felt like we had exhausted all possibilities.
In conclusion, everything failed and was rejected, so we went back to square one with the original plastic plate concept.
In a sense, it could be said that we lost a lot of time, but because of those 5 years of trial and error, I believe this is the best choice at this point.
