Privacy Policy (Detailed Rules)

Hadatai.jp (hereinafter referred to as "our shop") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, recognizes customer personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") as highly confidential, and manages it appropriately to ensure secure transactions with our shop.

• We collect personal information only when conducting actual transactions with customers.
• Personal information provided to us is strictly protected and managed.
• We employ IT engineers with security skills to appropriately protect personal information.
• We establish levels for handling personal information and share only the minimum necessary fragmented information according to each staff member's role.
• All staff members sign confidentiality agreements, and we provide appropriate personal information protection training as needed.
• We do not use personal information for purposes other than transactions (including related supplementary services).
• We do not use personal information for direct mail or solicitation activities. (Except for email notification services requested by customers)
• We do not disclose personal information to any external companies. However, we may disclose or provide information to public authorities (such as police or courts) in accordance with laws when we suffer any damage (stakeholders) or by court order.
• We comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information we hold, and regularly and continuously review and improve the initiatives described above.
• Language settings specified by customers (cookie name: lang)
• Email notification services are also handled internally, and currently no external contractors are used.
