Sales Price … Listed on the order form. As we operate on a contract basis, the final price is determined after the order is placed.
Payment Timing and Method … For Hadatai, payment is requested when the order is confirmed. For kigurumi masks, a cancellation deposit of 10,000 yen is required at order confirmation, with the remaining balance due when your production slot approaches. Payment is made via Japan Post Bank, but in-person payment at our meeting room is also possible depending on circumstances.
Delivery Time … 1-3 months due to made-to-order production.
Order Period Terms … We will send an order confirmation email within approximately one week of your application, and payment must be completed within two weeks from that point. However, we will accommodate requests for postponement.
Cancellation or Termination of Contract … As we operate on a contract basis, cancellations, terminations, or returns are not possible once the order is confirmed and payment has been made. In cases of defects or errors attributable to us, we will remake the product or provide partial repairs.

For software-related transactions, operating environment … A design simulator is provided when ordering kigurumi masks. Operating environment: latest PC browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge), Android Chrome, iOS 14 or later Safari or Chrome.
If the contract needs to be concluded two or more times continuously … None in particular. We do not offer subscription services.
Special sales conditions such as product quantity limitations … Our deliverables are one-off products made to order, and customers must agree not to resell under any circumstances. When disposing, please ship to us.
