ハンドトレースとフットトレースをメール添付

• You can submit your scanned hand trace and foot trace PDFs via email attachment.
• Even after email submission, we may request that you mail the originals. Please do not discard your hand trace and foot trace until your order is delivered.

Preparation

• Draw a border line 1cm inside the edges (top, bottom, left, right) on your hand trace and foot trace paper (A4 copy paper).
• Write the length of each line (top, bottom, left, right) in mm (millimeters, not inches).

The examples above assume A4 paper, but paper size does not matter. Any size is acceptable. What matters is the length of the border lines and the measurements written on the paper. We will also measure these values on our end and verify that they match.

A printable PDF is available here. If you have a printer, please download and print it.

Note: Be sure to measure and write down the "vertical line length" and "horizontal line length" of the border. If the measured values are not provided, you will need to redo the process or mail the originals to us.

Scanner Settings

Please scan your hand trace and foot trace according to the following specifications and save as PDF.

• Size: A4
• Resolution: 300dpi
• File format: PDF

Email Attachment Address

The email address for PDF attachments is shown below. Please include your name and (if already issued) your order ID.

For example, if:

• The border lines or measurements mentioned above are missing
• The scan was taken with something other than a flatbed scanner (such as a handheld scanner or smartphone)
• The data was not scanned at 300dpi
• The file is not saved in PDF format

...or in any other case where we cannot reproduce the original size, you will need to mail the originals.
