Meeting Room Application Form

Customer information is required when making a meeting reservation. To save time entering orderer information in the meeting room, please fill in the information in advance.

Children under 16 years old, please come back when you are 16 or older!

Available Dates and Times

  • Meeting duration is 1-2 hours.
  • Available dates are those that can be selected in the calendar on the input form.
  • Since we proceed with room booking after receiving the application, the room may already be booked. The closer the date, the higher the chance it's already booked, so please allow flexibility in your schedule.

Deposit

  • The meeting itself is essentially free, but a deposit is required in principle. Please bring it to the meeting.
  • Customers who have already ordered and paid, i.e., those who only need measurements, do not need a deposit.
