Sending Packages to Our Shop

• We process a large volume of mail collectively, so mail is cut off on Tuesday morning and opened on Friday.
• Therefore, packages arriving on Wednesday will be opened on the following Friday. For the fastest processing, please time your shipment to arrive on Monday.
• Due to space constraints, please keep packages as small as possible. Packages exceeding 120 size may be returned unaccepted.

Shipping Address

• The phone number is provided exclusively for delivery companies. It does not connect to our staff, so please contact us by email.
• Please write "ハダタイ.jp" exactly as shown. As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot accept packages if even one character is different. (We often see cases where the period "." is missing or ".jp" is omitted.)
• We cannot accept packages with insufficient postage. Please drop off at your local post office rather than using stamps.
• Please be sure to write your return address on the back of the envelope. As a fraud prevention measure, packages with no sender information or unfamiliar addresses will be discarded without being opened.
