ハンドトレースとフットトレース
Hand tracing and foot tracing are only required for those who choose "Self-Measurement."
If you have selected "Fixed Size," "Craftsman × AI Size Adjustment," or "Smartphone Image Analysis," submission is not required.
Please prepare one sheet of A4 copy paper each for hand tracing and foot tracing. Mail the traced paper of your "right hand" and "right foot."

- Keep your thumb and wrist straight.
- Please include the tracing of your wrist. It's important!

- Place your foot on A4 paper,
- Trace the outline of your foot.
- Then insert a pen between your toes (Please watch after 20 seconds!)

- Hand and foot traces scanned into PDF format using a scanner can be submitted via email attachment.
- Even after submitting via email, we may request that you send them by post. Please do not discard the hand and foot traces until delivery is complete.
Preparation
- Please draw a frame 1 cm inside from the edges of the A4 paper used for hand and foot tracing.
- Write the length of the lines at the top, bottom, left, and right in millimeters (not in inches).
Scanning
Please scan the hand and foot traces according to the following specifications and save them as a PDF.
- Size: A4
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- File format: PDF

Here is the email address for sending PDF attachments. Please include your name and order ID (if already issued).
For example, in the following cases, you will need to send by post:
- Missing frame lines or measurement values mentioned above.
- Scanned with devices other than a flatbed scanner (e.g., handheld scanners or smartphones).
- Data not scanned at 300 dpi.
- Data not saved in PDF format.
If we cannot reproduce the original size on our end, postal submission will be required.
