Meeting Room

Business trip meetings are a very heavy cost for our shop. Please cooperate so that "no-shows" do not occur.

Request for Customer Cooperation

We do not accept cashless payments (XXX pay, credit cards, etc.). Please prepare cash in advance. If you forget cash on the day, we cannot proceed with measurements.
Please do not change the scheduled date once booked.
To prevent accidentally meeting the previous customer, please arrive exactly on time.
If you will be late, please email us. Delays of more than 30 minutes will make measurements impossible.
For male customers, please take a shower before coming. You can do this before leaving your home (or hotel). (Please understand our meaning.)
(Especially in summer) If your feet sweat a lot after wearing shoes for a long time, please bring "replacement socks" and a "sweat towel". We have a shower room and may ask you to wash your feet before the meeting. *If your feet are not clean, the paper may get soggy when taking a "Foot Trace" or cause mold, making it unusable.
Some customers may consider bringing souvenirs, but your thoughtfulness alone is enough.
(For international customers) We can only speak Japanese. We will use smartphone translation on the day.

If You Have Companions

If you have companions after booking, please email us with their full names (real names). If there are companions without prior notice, we may refuse the meeting entirely.
If companions also wish to order or consult, please submit the preliminary reservation form as soon as possible. If you note that you will have companions in the remarks, we will adjust the time slot for the number of people. (Normally 2 hours, but for 2 people including companions, we allocate a 4-hour slot.)

Measurements and Hand Trace Requests (For Kigurumi Body Suit Orders)

We cannot share measurement data taken at our shop. Please understand this in advance.

For Male Customers

We will take nude measurements, so you will need to undress except for underwear.
Please wear tight-fitting underwear.
If you want measurements with padding, please prepare it in advance. However, since our body suits are designed with chest and hip padding in mind, we recommend "not wearing padding."

For Female Customers

Measurements by female staff are not available.
Please prepare tight-fitting training wear. We recommend a tank top and leggings.
Please prepare a competition swimming cap in advance. (To tuck your hair inside.)
Even if you are uncomfortable with measurements, we can also make body suits based on height, weight, and full-body photos. Please consult with us.

Regarding Kigurumi Masks

If you have a mask, bringing it is helpful for color matching. (Bringing it is not required.)

About the Meeting Room Location

Please use nearby coin parking if coming by car. (If you park illegally, you will probably be reported...)

If 2 or more people are coming, please prepare cushions. (Bringing an RV box to store masks might be a good idea. Or if you're fine with sitting on the bare floor, it's not necessary.)

(Due to a past incident where the room was badly soiled) We generally cannot lend you the restroom. Please use the station restroom beforehand.
