Meeting Room Information and Confirmation

This guide is for the Tokyo Meeting Room. If you were directed to this page for a business trip meeting, there may be an error. Please contact us.

Requests for Customers

• We do not accept cashless payments (XXX pay, credit cards, etc.). Please prepare cash in advance. If you forget cash on the day, we cannot proceed with measurements.
• To prevent accidentally meeting the previous customer, please arrive exactly on time.
• If you will be late, please contact us. Delays of more than 30 minutes will make measurements impossible.
• Please take a shower before coming. You can do this before leaving your home (or hotel). (Please understand our meaning.)
• If your feet sweat a lot or have a strong odor, please bring a towel. We may ask you to wash your feet (we have shower facilities). If your feet are not clean, the sweat may cause mold when taking a "Foot Trace" and make it unusable.
• (For international customers) We can only speak Japanese. We will use smartphone translation on the day.

If You Have Companions

• If companions are added after booking, please email us with their full names (real names).
• If companions also wish to order or consult, please submit the preliminary reservation form as soon as possible. If you note that you will have companions in the remarks, we will adjust the time slot for the number of people. (Normally 2 hours, but for 2 people including companions, we allocate a 4-hour slot.)

Measurements and Hand Trace Requests (For Kigurumi Body Suit Orders)

• We cannot share measurement data taken at our shop. Please understand this in advance.

For Male Customers

• We will take nude measurements, so you will need to undress except for underwear.
• If you have tight-fitting underwear, please wear them.
• If you want measurements with padding, please prepare it in advance. However, since our body suits are designed with chest and hip padding in mind, we recommend "not wearing padding."

For Female Customers

• If you prefer measurements by female staff, please request this in advance. We cannot accommodate same-day requests.
• Please prepare tight-fitting training wear. We recommend a tank top and leggings.
• Women with long hair should prepare a competition swimming cap. (To tuck your hair inside.)
• Even if you are uncomfortable with measurements, we can also make body suits based on height, weight, and full-body photos. Please consult with us.

Regarding Kigurumi Masks

If you have a mask, bringing it is helpful for color matching. (Bringing it is not required.)

About the Meeting Room Location

• There is no "hadatai.jp" or "Ayame Store" sign displayed. It is a hidden location. Please read the directions below carefully to find our shop.
• As this is a quiet residential area, please refrain from taking photos or posting on X (Twitter), etc. This is a private residence.
• Please also refrain from sharing location on Swarm, Foursquare, etc.
• Please refrain from taking photos inside the meeting room.

By Train

Get off at Tsukuba Express "Rokucho Station" and head to "Hozuka Park (googlemap)". It's about an 11-minute walk. (Click to enlarge)

Our shop is near "Hozuka Park".

Here are photo directions: First, when you exit Rokucho Station platform, head for Exit A3.

When you reach the surface, you will see a supermarket. Turn around at this intersection.

Continue straight for about 10 minutes. Landmarks include: Post Office → Lawson → Nursery → Elementary School → Intersection with traffic light near beauty salon → Marukatsu Timber Co.

From the intersection with traffic light near beauty salon, turn right at the next intersection. If you go straight (without turning right), you will reach the main road with a 7-Eleven. If you arrive early, there are places like Kohikan coffee shop nearby to pass time.

After you see Hozuka Park, enter the alley in the photo. It's the third house on the right.

↑ Just after passing the park, there is a small alley. Enter there.

Note: A very sensitive resident lives nearby. If you drive around or walk back and forth with your smartphone, they may become wary and stop you. There is a possibility of being reported, so please avoid wandering around this area.

If you arrive early, walking away from Hozuka Park to the main road will lead you to Kohikan coffee shop, internet cafes, and other places to pass time. → googlemap

The nameplate says "Residence K". Please note that there is no "hadatai.jp" nameplate.

By Car

• Set Tsukuba Express "Rokucho Station" as your navigation destination.
• If coming by car, please allow plenty of extra time. Due to chronic traffic congestion in Tokyo, following the navigation can result in being 1-2 hours late. Please take the train if possible.

1. Rex Park Hozukacho (2-16 Hitotsuya, Adachi-ku, Tokyo) → google map

By Taxi

• Set Hozuka Park as your destination. → googlemap

In Case of Bad Weather (Heavy Rain, Typhoon, etc.)

• If bad weather is forecasted, we will contact you relatively early about "cancellation" or "rescheduling". Please reply as soon as possible. If you live far away, we will flexibly accommodate rescheduling, so please consult with us.
