5年間の構想を経てようやくリリースしました。胸加工にプラ板を入れることでさらに胸の谷間が深くできるオプションです。
もともと現在の胸加工はリアル女性の胸を想定していました。そのため、ある程度大きな胸になるとその分胸板も厚くなる傾向があります。
しかしながら、いわゆる「アニメのような」「フィギュアのような」胸を実現したいとなるとより深い谷間が必要になります。
今回リリースした胸加工プラ板縫いは、そんな理想的な胸の形に近づけるために開発しました。
写真は「うらら」生地ですが、固い生地でもここまで谷間が深くなっています。

生地はうらら生地であり、それよりも柔らかいどーる・みやび生地も同様に深い谷間が実現できます。

胸加工のリブート
今回の胸加工プラ板縫いは、かつて当店で受注していた「胸の真ん中にプラ板をスナップで止める」ものの改良版です。
「胸の真ん中にプラ板をスナップで止める」タイプをお持ちのお客様は結構いらっしゃるかと思いますが、今回はスナップで止めずに直接縫いつけることが特長になっています。
スナップですとどうしても外れやすく、イベントなどで着用しているときに外れてしまうなんていうことがあったため、それを解決するため、ミシンでプラ板を直接縫いすることにしました。
欠点としてはミシンにどうしても無茶な負荷がかかることですね。そのため機材コストも考慮しなければなりませんでした。
もともともっと違うアプローチを考えていました
実は、プラ板を仕込むことはずいぶん前から確立していたのですが、なぜ5年もかけていたかというと...

振り返ると気づけばもう5年過ぎてしまっていたんですね。
なんていうか、乳房にシームが許容できれば一発で解決するのですが、それをなしにしてかつ今のインナーバストポケットよりもきれいな形にするとなると、もはややり尽くした感じでした。
結論からいうと全部失敗・全部没だったので、振り出しに戻って最初のプラ板を仕込むことになってしまったのです。
ある意味大きな時間を損したともいえるのですが、5年間の試行錯誤があったからこそ、これが現時点でのベストな選択と考えます。
After 5 years of development, we have finally released this option. This is an option that allows you to create deeper cleavage by inserting plastic boards into the breast pockets.
Originally, our current breast pockets were designed with real women's breasts in mind. Therefore, as the breasts become larger, the chest wall tends to become thicker accordingly.
However, to achieve "anime-like" or "figure-like" breasts, deeper cleavage is necessary.
The breast pockets with sewn plastic boards we are releasing this time were developed to bring you closer to this ideal breast shape.
The photo shows urara fabric, and even with this firm fabric, you can see how deep the cleavage becomes.

The fabric is urara, and softer fabrics like doll and miyabi can also achieve similarly deep cleavage.

Rebooting the Breast Pockets
The breast pockets with sewn plastic boards are an improved version of the "plastic board attached with snaps in the center of the chest" that we used to offer.
Many customers may still have the "plastic board attached with snaps in the center of the chest" type, but the key feature of the new version is that the plastic board is sewn directly instead of being attached with snaps.
Snaps tend to come off easily, and there were cases where they would detach while wearing them at events. To solve this problem, we decided to sew the plastic board directly with a sewing machine.
The downside is that this puts a tremendous load on the sewing machine. Therefore, we had to factor in equipment costs as well.
We Were Originally Considering a Different Approach
Actually, the technique of inserting plastic boards was established quite some time ago, but why did it take 5 years?
We spent all that time trying to figure out if there was a way to create even more three-dimensional breast expressions.

Looking back, 5 years had already passed.
In a way, if seams on the breasts were acceptable, it would have been solved in one go, but trying to create a more beautiful shape than the current inner bust pocket without seams—we had basically exhausted all possibilities.
In conclusion, everything failed and was rejected, so we went back to square one and ended up inserting plastic boards as we had originally planned.
In a sense, we may have lost a lot of time, but it was through 5 years of trial and error that we can say this is the best choice at this point.
5년간의 구상 끝에 드디어 출시하게 되었습니다. 가슴 가공에 플라스틱 판을 넣어 더욱 깊은 골을 만들 수 있는 옵션입니다.
원래 현재의 가슴 가공은 실제 여성의 가슴을 상정하여 제작되었습니다. 그래서 어느 정도 큰 가슴이 되면 그만큼 가슴판도 두꺼워지는 경향이 있습니다.
하지만 소위 "애니메이션 같은", "피규어 같은" 가슴을 구현하려면 더 깊은 골이 필요합니다.
이번에 출시한 가슴 가공 플라스틱 판 재봉은 그런 이상적인 가슴 형태에 가까워지기 위해 개발했습니다.
사진은 urara 원단인데, 단단한 원단임에도 불구하고 이 정도로 골이 깊어집니다.

원단은 urara 원단이며, 그보다 부드러운 doll·miyabi 원단도 마찬가지로 깊은 골을 구현할 수 있습니다.

가슴 가공의 재시작
이번 가슴 가공 플라스틱 판 재봉은 예전에 저희 가게에서 주문받았던 "가슴 중앙에 플라스틱 판을 스냅으로 고정하는" 방식의 개량판입니다.
"가슴 중앙에 플라스틱 판을 스냅으로 고정하는" 타입을 가지고 계신 고객님들이 꽤 계실 것으로 생각되는데, 이번에는 스냅으로 고정하지 않고 직접 재봉하는 것이 특징입니다.
스냅은 아무래도 떨어지기 쉬워서 이벤트 등에서 착용할 때 떨어져 버리는 일이 있었기 때문에, 그것을 해결하기 위해 재봉틀로 플라스틱 판을 직접 재봉하기로 했습니다.
단점으로는 재봉틀에 무리한 부하가 걸린다는 점입니다. 그래서 기재 비용도 고려해야 했습니다.

사실, 플라스틱 판을 넣는 것은 꽤 오래전부터 확립되어 있었는데, 왜 5년이나 걸렸냐면...
다른 더 입체적인 가슴 표현이 가능하지 않을까 하고 계속 시행착오를 해왔던 것입니다.

돌이켜보니 어느새 5년이 지나버렸네요.
뭐랄까, 가슴에 솔기가 허용된다면 한 번에 해결되는데, 그것 없이 게다가 현재의 이너 버스트 포켓보다 예쁜 형태로 만들려고 하니 이제는 다 해본 느낌이었습니다.
결론적으로 전부 실패·전부 몰수였기 때문에, 원점으로 돌아가 처음의 플라스틱 판을 넣는 방식을 채택하게 되었습니다.
어떤 의미로는 많은 시간을 손해 봤다고 할 수 있지만, 5년간의 시행착오가 있었기 때문에 이것이 현 시점에서의 최선의 선택이라고 생각합니다.
